I have trouble remembering this. I think a lot of my anxiety roots from me putting too much pressure on myself to succeed with flying colors. What I need to remember though is that in all things (school,job,social,etc.), all I can be is myself; and if that’s not “good enough” then that’s not something that’s worth investing my time in. Trying to change who I am only results in disappointment, stress, and worry. If I can remember to simply be myself always, then that’s when I will feel the least anxiety, stress and worry. Much easier said than done, but remember-progress, not perfection ☀️🌈☁️
