As the warm weather approaches, here are a few things to keep in mind:
•Normalize normal bodies and celebrate what our bodies allow us to do
•Remember that you can’t determine someone’s health just by looking at them
•Keep unsolicited body comments to yourself - you have no idea what impact they can have on someone
•Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about, so be kind always
•Diet culture sucks and all of our bodies are good bodies :-)
