This is how we all should be talking! Retrain your brain. Stop letting your negative thoughts define you. Stop comparing yourself. Self love is NOT selfish, it’s necessary. You are wonderful, you are beautiful, and you are more than enough! Never stop practicing positive self talk. But as always, progress not perfection.
