Yes, you! A huuuuuuuuuge thank you to all of those who have given me support for this page!!! I was extremely hesitant to reveal myself because for the longest time this blog was anonymous, and it can be absolutely terrifying to be so vulnerable online, a place that constantly displays and highlights people's best sides. However, I would be going against my beliefs and would only be contributing to the stigma that surrounds mental health if I were to let that fear keep me from doing my part in helping others.
