Maybe this means not taking on more things than your body can handle. If something is causing you to be stressed or anxious, see if there’s something that you can do about it. Take a moment to step back and evaluate your happiness and what factors are keeping you from being happy and at peace, and perhaps you can change your position, or learn skills to help you not feel weighted down by life’s experiences. Do something, you are not stuck and should always be selfish when it comes to your happiness and your peace with life. You’re mental health is extremely important, don’t neglect it. But as always- progress, not perfection.
